hi,Rashai ,the 钵钵鸡 is a kind of chicken stick.But every stick only has one sort of chicken food,such as chicken liver,claw,wing. this stick including the other food:kelp stick, fried tofu stick and so on.the chapman put all these stick into a big hot-sauce（辣椒汁） pot with gingeli.So it tasted very hot and savory.
It comes from 四川 省。
