hula hoop 呼啦圈^-^

How to lose weight easily? I don't know, I tried many times:play yoga ,running, only eat vegetables……but I think I'm suffering from these ways. In this summer I enjoy an interesting toy, hula hoop. It took me a long time to learn. Now I still can play it just one or two minutes a time, and I can't play any sleight, but I feel very happy when playing.
Few days ago, I watch a news on TV, it was said that people played with hula hoops in San Francisco.

I play it everyday,just for fun.It's really an interesting event,and it makes me very happy.You can try it:)If you see the link,you will find there are also many men playing it.It can lose weight,especially the waist.(now I become a little slim,ha ha) But you should play it at least 30mins a time and keep on it!Although I can't,but I have a friend,she can!Even she can play hula hoop and read books at the same time.
Btw,you're kind:)All my family(except my grandma) and some friends say me fat.it makes me a little sad.But you know,maybe I'm not look overweight,but not slim too…
